Welcome to N2Hero (accessible at n2hero.com). N2Hero is a peer-to-peer marketplace that enables users to buy, sell, and exchange in-game virtual currencies and items directly with one another.
By creating an account, accessing, or using N2Hero in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. N2Hero reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You affirm that you have reached the legal age for entering into contracts in your jurisdiction and that you have the legal capacity to consent to these terms.
N2Hero is a peer-to-peer marketplace. It facilitates direct transactions between users (customers and advertisers). N2Hero does not buy, sell, own, or hold any in-game items, virtual currencies, or funds on behalf of users.
All payments between customers and advertisers happen directly between the two parties. N2Hero does not act as a payment processor, escrow service, or intermediary for customer funds at any point during a transaction.
N2Hero is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any game publisher, developer, or studio. This includes but is not limited to Ankama (Dofus, Wakfu), Electronic Arts, Blizzard Entertainment, Riot Games, Ubisoft, or any other game company. N2Hero makes no claim to ownership, licensing, or authorization from any game publisher for the virtual items or currencies traded on the platform.
The trading of virtual game assets may be subject to the terms of service of individual game publishers. Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the rules of the games they play.
Every N2Hero account has a dual role. You can act as both a customer and an advertiser on the same account.
Customer: A user who browses existing offers and initiates trades. Customers send payments directly to advertisers and receive items or currencies directly from them.
Advertiser: A user who lists offers on the marketplace (I Sell, I Buy, or Exchange) and waits for customers to initiate trades. Advertisers set their own prices, payment methods, and trade restrictions.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login information with anyone. N2Hero is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
You may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate reviews, circumvent sanctions, or gain unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
N2Hero offers a protection service called "N2Hero Protection" to help secure trades between customers and advertisers.
How it works: When a customer enables N2Hero Protection on a trade, a small protection fee is charged. In return, N2Hero locks the equivalent trade value from the advertiser's service credit balance as collateral for the duration of the trade. If the advertiser fails to deliver, N2Hero may use the locked credit to compensate the customer.
Service credit: Service credit is a balance deposited by the advertiser on their N2Hero account. It serves as collateral for protected trades. Service credit is not a payment held on behalf of any customer. It belongs to the advertiser and is returned to them upon successful completion of each trade.
Scope of protection: N2Hero Protection covers only the exchange process between the customer and the advertiser on the N2Hero platform. It does not cover:
Trading without protection: Users may trade without N2Hero Protection. In this case, the trade happens at the users' own risk and N2Hero cannot intervene in case of a dispute.
Advertisers can deposit service credit to their N2Hero account to enable protected trades. Service credit can be deposited through a moderated process on the platform.
Service credit that is not currently locked in an active trade may be withdrawn upon request. To request a withdrawal, the user must contact N2Hero support. Withdrawals are processed after verification and may take a reasonable processing time.
If a user wishes to close their account, they may request a full withdrawal of their available (unlocked) service credit balance. Credit currently locked in active trades cannot be withdrawn until those trades are completed or cancelled.
N2Hero reserves the right to withhold service credit in cases of suspected fraud, policy violations, or ongoing disputes until the matter is resolved.
N2Hero offers subscription plans that provide additional benefits to advertisers, including higher trade limits, bonus service credit, and improved visibility in search results.
Subscription plans are non-refundable once activated. The benefits of a subscription plan are valid for the duration of the subscription period. Bonus service credit provided with a subscription has its own expiry period as indicated at the time of subscription.
N2Hero reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, benefits, and availability at any time. Existing subscriptions will honor their current terms until expiration.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on N2Hero:
Violations of these rules may result in sanctions including but not limited to: warnings, temporary trade restrictions, temporary account suspension, or permanent account ban. In cases of fraud, N2Hero may forfeit the user's service credit balance.
During any active trade, either party may request moderator assistance using the "Call for Help" feature. A moderator will join the trade chat and investigate the issue.
N2Hero moderators act as impartial arbitrators. Their decisions are made based on the evidence available, including chat messages, delivery screenshots, and transaction history. Moderator decisions are final.
N2Hero reserves the right to cancel any trade, reverse any transaction, or take corrective action if it determines that a user has violated these terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.
N2Hero provides the platform and its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. N2Hero makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
N2Hero is not responsible for:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, N2Hero's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to N2Hero in the 12 months preceding the claim.
All content on the N2Hero platform, including but not limited to the website design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of N2Hero and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the N2Hero platform without prior written consent.
N2Hero makes no claim to ownership of any game-related intellectual property. All game names, logos, artwork, icons, screenshots, and related visual assets displayed on the platform are the property of their respective publishers and developers. They are used solely for identification and informational purposes to help users find the games they want to trade in.
N2Hero collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
N2Hero will never sell your personal data to third parties. Your information is used solely for the operation of the platform, account security, and communication related to your trades and account.
You agree to indemnify and hold N2Hero, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claim, demand, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.
N2Hero reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms.
Upon account closure, you may request a withdrawal of your available (unlocked) service credit balance by contacting support. Any credit locked in active disputes or ongoing investigations may be withheld until resolution.
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting N2Hero support.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts.
