N2Hero Guarantee

The N2Hero Guarantee (also called N2Hero Protection) protects customers: when you buy with it, you are compensated if the advertiser does not deliver what was agreed.

A protected trade where the advertiser does not deliver as agreed: nothing delivered, or less than the quantity agreed.

Up to the value of the protected trade, shown before you confirm.

Before a protected trade can start, an amount of the advertiser's service credit equal to the trade value is locked by N2Hero for the whole trade. If the guarantee applies, N2Hero compensates you and deducts the compensation from that locked credit.

• Do not confirm receipt.
• Press "Get Support" in the trade chat.
• A moderator joins the chat and checks the messages, the payment proof and the delivery.
• If the moderator confirms the problem, N2Hero compensates you, up to the value of the trade.

• Actions of a game publisher, such as bans, rollbacks, resets or the recovery of an account
• Losses caused by breaking a game's rules
• Trades or payments made outside N2Hero
• Problems reported after you confirmed receipt
• Trades made without the N2Hero Guarantee

A protection fee, shown before you confirm the trade. Markets without a protection fee have no guarantee: trades there take place without it.

You trade at your own risk: a moderator can help, but N2Hero cannot compensate any loss.
