N2Hero is a peer-to-peer gaming marketplace where players can safely buy, sell, and exchange in-game currencies and items (like Dofus Kamas, FC Coins, etc.). Trades happen directly between players. N2Hero does not receive or hold customer funds, it provides a protection service to keep trades safe.

Click Sign Up in the top right corner. Enter your email, choose a username and password, then verify your email with the OTP code we send you. Once verified, you're ready to start trading.

Every account has a dual role. As a customer, you browse existing offers and launch trades. As an advertiser, you list your own offers at your own rates and wait for customers to come to you. You can do both on the same account.

We offer three plans for advertisers. Discovery: up to 5 offers, 2 trades per month. Advanced (€20/month): unlimited offers and trades, 30 EUR bonus service credit. Elite (€35/month): unlimited everything, 70 EUR bonus service credit, priority placement in search, and Telegram/Discord notifications.

A chat opens to coordinate the exchange directly with the advertiser. Or, become an advertiser and list your own offer with the 'I Buy' trade type at your own rate, and wait for sellers to come to you.

You have 2 ways. As a customer, browse 'exchange' offers, pick one that matches the currencies you want to swap, set your quantity, and confirm. Or, become an advertiser and list your own exchange offer with your preferred rate, and wait for other players to trade with you.

You can only have one ongoing trade per item type per trade type. For example, if you're buying Imagiro Kamas, you must complete or cancel that trade before starting another Imagiro buy. This applies to all users.

If the advertiser doesn't respond within the time limit, you can cancel the trade and try another advertiser. You can also use Call for Help to get a moderator involved.

Go to My Offers and click New Offer. Choose the trade type (I Sell / I Buy / Exchange), select the game and currency, set your price per unit, accepted payment methods, and any quantity limits. Your offer goes live immediately.

Go to My Offers from the navigation bar. You can activate, deactivate, edit prices, or delete offers. Use filters to manage specific games or categories.

Without a subscription, you can list up to 5 offers and complete a maximum of 2 trades per month. With Advanced or Elite, you get unlimited offers and trades, plus bonus service credit and higher visibility.

You receive a notification. A trade chat opens where you can accept or reject the proposal. Once accepted, you coordinate the exchange directly with the customer through the chat.

Yes. When creating or editing an offer, you can set minimum quantity, maximum quantity, minimum buyer seniority (account age), and minimum orders bought. This helps you control who can trade with you.

N2Hero Protection is a safety service for customers. When enabled, the customer pays a small fee and N2Hero locks the equivalent trade value from the advertiser's service credit as collateral. If the advertiser does not deliver, N2Hero can use the locked credit to refund the customer. Once the trade completes successfully, the credit is unlocked and returned to the advertiser.

Service credit is the balance on an advertiser's N2Hero account. It is used as collateral when a customer trades with N2Hero Protection enabled. The higher your service credit, the better your protection badge, which attracts more customers and brings more orders.

Yes. If the advertiser has no service credit or you choose not to enable protection, you can still trade. However, you trade at your own risk and N2Hero cannot intervene in case of a dispute.

No. N2Hero is not a middleman and does not receive or hold customer funds. Payments happen directly between the customer and the advertiser. N2Hero only holds the advertiser's own service credit as a safety guarantee during protected trades.

Always trade through the platform, never take conversations outside N2Hero. Enable N2Hero Protection when available. Keep proof of delivery (screenshots). Check the advertiser's satisfaction rate, protection badge, and number of completed orders before trading.

Click Call for Help in the trade chat. A moderator will join the conversation and investigate. If you had N2Hero Protection enabled, the advertiser's locked service credit can be used to refund you.

Scamming, sharing restricted words or contact info, not delivering after accepting payment, creating fake accounts, manipulating reviews, or any form of fraud. Sanctions can range from temporary restrictions to permanent account ban.

No. Sharing email addresses, phone numbers, social media handles, or any external contact information in the trade chat is forbidden. This rule protects both parties and ensures all trades happen safely on the platform.

After every completed trade, both the customer and the advertiser can leave a review. Your satisfaction rate is calculated from all reviews you've received. This percentage is visible on your profile and next to your offers.

Every profile shows: satisfaction rate (percentage of positive reviews), total completed orders, average delivery time, and average acceptance time. Customers use these metrics to decide who to trade with.

Advertisers choose which payment methods they accept (PayPal, Skrill, USDT, bank transfer, etc.). When browsing offers, you can filter by your preferred payment method. Payments go directly to the advertiser, not through N2Hero.

Go to the Subscription page from the sidebar. Choose your plan. A moderator will assist you with the payment process and activate your subscription once confirmed.

Go to the Credit page from your dashboard. Choose an amount and request a deposit. A moderator will assist you with the payment and credit your account once confirmed. Elite and Advanced subscribers also receive a bonus service credit with their plan.

You can use the support bubble (headphones icon) at the bottom right of the screen. Describe your issue and a moderator will respond.
