How it works
From sign-up to your first review, in four steps.
Step 1
Create your account
Sign-up is free, with email, Google or Discord.
Step 2
List your offer
In My Offers, click List New Offer: type, game, currency, unit price, payment methods and quantity limits. The offer goes live right away.
Step 3
Accept the request
A customer starts a trade on your offer and you are notified. You review the request, accept it, and a chat opens with them.
Step 4
Trade, then get reviewed
You deliver or pay directly, depending on the trade type. The customer confirms receipt, then you both leave a review.
Stay available
When a customer starts a trade, they wait for your answer. After 60 seconds without an answer, you are set to absent automatically: your offers are hidden until you come back online.
N2Hero Protection and service credit
Service credit is the balance of your N2Hero account. When a customer turns on N2Hero Protection, the value of the trade is locked from your credit as a guarantee. Once the trade is confirmed, it is unlocked and returned to you.
The higher your credit, the stronger your protection badge. It shows next to your offers and on your profile, and gives buyers confidence.
To deposit credit, open the Credit page from your dashboard: a moderator assists you with the payment.
Without service credit, customers who want N2Hero Protection cannot trade with you.

Frequently asked questions
What is a customer and what is an advertiser?
Every account has a dual role. As a customer, you browse existing offers and launch trades. As an advertiser, you list your own offers at your own rates and wait for customers to come to you. You can do both on the same account.
Do I need a subscription to list offers?
Without a subscription, you can list up to 5 offers and complete a maximum of 2 trades per month. With Advanced or Elite, you get unlimited offers and trades, plus bonus service credit and higher visibility.
What happens when someone wants to trade with me?
You receive a notification. A trade chat opens where you can accept or reject the proposal. Once accepted, you coordinate the exchange directly with the customer through the chat.
Can I set restrictions on my offers?
Yes. When creating or editing an offer, you can set minimum quantity, maximum quantity, minimum buyer seniority (account age), and minimum orders bought. This helps you control who can trade with you.
Does N2Hero hold customer money?
No. N2Hero is not a middleman and does not receive or hold customer funds. Payments happen directly between the customer and the advertiser. N2Hero only holds the advertiser's own service credit as a safety guarantee during protected trades.
What can get my account sanctioned?
Scamming, sharing restricted words or contact info, not delivering after accepting payment, creating fake accounts, manipulating reviews, or any form of fraud. Sanctions can range from temporary restrictions to permanent account ban.
